We currently have an urgent need for 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed properties in the Greater Manchester area.
Each property must meet the following criteria:
- Valid Gas & Electricity Certificates
- Valid EPC
- Current buildings insurance
Properties will also need to meet a full Health and Safety inspection prior to any tenancy offer is made.
A full package of property management is included.
- Minimum 12 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy
- Rental Income managed
- Regular pre-arranged property inspections
- Repairs administration
